Today is bittersweet as we celebrate Cate's third birthday without her. I sent a birthday package to her with Little Debbie cakes, a "3" candle, some small presents and a birthday card. I made the card. It says "Happy Birthday Qing He".

Congratulations on your travel approval! I;m sorry you missed her birthday......but you won;t miss anymore! I am adopting a Min girl also........her 3rd birthday is May 9th....I am praying everyday my TA comes in the next few weeks so i can make it by May. Congrats on TA! You must be so excited. We know how you feel about missing her birthday. Our son just celebrated his first yesterday, and while it is a bittersweet day, remember that from now on all of her birthdays and the ones she will remember most will be with you!
